6 and a half years in Schlumberger, 7 appraisal for SLP-3, finally get a Grade A!

 

To be honest, I didn't expect to get this high appraisal but it happened and they did the right thing. :)

 

One year in MaxWell team, I cannot change it to be a software that people like but I did change some thing make it more reasonable. Even I am on the same boat with the whole team, I still don't have confident how it will be used in field. But no matter I believe or not, the MaxWell is going to the field sooner or later. No one can stop it.

 

I am lucky to be in MaxWell during the past year. Life is peaceful and stable. If don't need to think I am still Grade 11, I may prefer to stay doing a job like this forever.

 

2008 has passed, a new year started. I don't know where I will be in 2010, but I must still in BGC 2009.
